Windows 10 Pro Licenses getting downgraded by New Microsoft Bug Microsoft’s roll-out of  Windows 10 October 2018 update  has arguably been the most troublesome release in recent times. Latest WhatsApp Updates In an attempt to manage the spread of fake news and rumors that are alleged to have triggered a series of horrific lynching incidents, Whatsapp recently announced some new features in the app. These include: The number of people whom you can forward a message has been limited to 20. This means that from a single account a message can be forwarded only 20 times. Post that forwarding option will be disabled for that message. In India, where people forward more videos, messages and photos as compared to other countries this restriction has been set a lower limit of  5 forwards . Finally, there are a few fresh rain drops for Skype classic Fans! Microsoft has deferred the end of Skype Classic deadline based on customer feedback. The new timeline for the end of this customer appreciated version of Skype (Skype 7.0) has not been provided though.  until then users are allowed to stick to this old user friendly version of Skype. The announcement made by Microsoft in July to end Skype 7.0 after September 1st 2018 was not taken in the right spirit by the users. Windows 10 Cumulative Updates KB4340917, KB433817 & KB433827 released by Microsoft!

A new patch has been released by Microsoft for its different Windows 10 updates running on systems worldwide. The Windows 10 April 2018 Update (Version 1803), Windows 10 Fall Creators Update (Version 1709), and Windows 10 Creators Update (Version 1703) received the new patch versions KB4340917, KB433817 and KB433827 respectively. If the updates are not enabled to be automatically downloaded on your system then go to Settings >Update & Security>Windows Update and select the option Check for Updates. Another way is to type “Update” in the search bar in the start bar and click on “Check for Updates” option in the results. Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft, Google Partner for “Data Transfer Project”: An initiative that promises service portability

Data Transfer Project that will allow users to transfer data (contacts, contents, and many more) across apps (form one service to another) without needing to download it and re-upload it. The transferred data would be encrypted making it difficult for the third partied to access it without user permission. Formed in 2017, DTP is an open source data portability platform that any online service can join. The motive behind this project is to enable users to transfer data (import and export data) between online service providers anytime without ant hassle. DTP already supports a few prototypes that allow online platforms to transfer several data including photos, email, calendar, contacts and tasks. However this information cannot be shared directly online from one app to another without downloading it.
